Our Mission

Our mission is to accelerate the pace of scientific research 🚀 🚀 🚀

We believe that by empowering scientists to independently fund, create, and publish academic content we can revolutionize the speed at which new knowledge is created and transformed into life-changing products.

We are targeting the biggest bottlenecks in science

Some of the issues we plan to address are:

• Publishing. At the moment, only a handful of journals publish research. That process is painfully slow and in many cases involves researchers having to pay a fee to be published.
• Incentive structures. We believe that people should get rewarded for creating content that contributes to science similarly to content creators on other sites. We also believe that a crypto-economic model will help us achieve that.
• Funding research. We are utilizing ResearchCoin (ERC-20), NFTs and a bunch of economic tools to create alternative funding approaches.
• Peer reviews. Currently slow and prone to bias and abuse. We believe that reviews should be open and provide incentives for researchers to improve the quality of their publication based on feedback provided.

What are we building?

We are building a full ecosystem of products that take aim at addressing the big problems in science mentioned above. These include a web platform, mobile app, APIs, and tools including Web3 economic tools.
